Shipping Policy

All EFLEEMART orders ship from overseas suppliers. Please allow 20–25 business days for delivery after order confirmation, as international transit can be slow. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has shipped. Note that these delivery estimates are approximate and may extend due to customs clearance or carrier delays. EFLEEMART is not liable for delays beyond our control (such as weather or international shipping disruptions).

• Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive in the USA in 20–25 business days from the ship date. (This includes processing time at the supplier and international transit.)

• Import Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. International orders may incur extra charges, and “the customer is responsible for payment of import duties and taxes as imposed by customs. These fees are not included in our prices.

• No Delivery Guarantee: Delivery timelines are estimates. EFLEEMART makes reasonable efforts to meet them, but shipment dates may change. We will not refund or compensate for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please monitor the tracking information provided.

• Accurate Address: You must provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to an incorrect address.
