By using EFLEEMART.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Shipping and Return policies. All orders are subject to these terms. Please read them carefully before buying.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy according to these terms. We will send a confirmation when we receive your order; at that point the contract is formed. EFLEEMART reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to pricing errors).

Shipping Times: We ship all orders from international warehouses. You agree that deliveries will take approximately 20–45 business days (these are estimates and not guaranteed). EFLEEMART is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other third parties.

Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by your country upon delivery. EFLEEMART has no obligation to cover these fees. If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, EFLEEMART will not issue a refund.

No Cancellations or Refunds: As noted above, all sales are final. You expressly waive any right to cancel orders, return items, or receive refunds. By placing an order you acknowledge this condition.

Product Information & Errors: We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee product descriptions, prices, or availability. If a product’s details or price on our site is incorrect, EFLEEMART reserves the right to correct it and cancel your order if necessary.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, EFLEEMART’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Specifically, we disclaim liability for delays or lost shipments that are beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, customs holdups, weather, carrier issues).

Governing Law: These terms are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes will be resolved under relevant consumer protection laws. EFLEEMART does not waive any customer rights required by law.
